Cancel CBS All Access

CBS All Access is a popular online streaming service offered by CBS itself. It offers more than 8,500 episodes of hit TV shows from CBS Networks. It also offers CBS live streaming in a lot of areas, which makes it useful for NFL and even NBA streaming. The service is $5.99 per month, with no contract. For more info, check out our CBS All Access review.

Because it’s no contract, you are free to cancel CBS All Access at any time. If you’ve decided to get rid of CBS All Access, but are unclear where to start, this is the guide for you. Follow the step by step instructions below and you’ll be done in no time!

How to Cancel CBS All Access: Step by Step Guide

Since CBS All Access is non-contract, you can cancel at any time, for any reason. The easiest way to cancel is online, through the website. Follow the steps below to stop CBS All Access subscriptions.

1. Sign into your account (on a computer)

Head over to CBS All Access’ main website, and sign into your account by clicking on the “Sign In” button in the upper right hand corner. Sign in using your email and password. Note: you must do this on a computer, as you won’t be able to cancel CBS All Access via the app.

2. Go to the My Account page

When you sign in, you should be automatically directed to the My Account page. If not, click the link near the top of your screen.

3. Scroll down

On the My Account page, you’ll want to scroll all the way down to the bottom, until you see the “Cancel My Subscription” button. Note: this button should be located in the “Looking for some help?” section.

4. Click on “Cancel My Subscription”

Click on the link that says “Cancel My Subscription”, and continue.

5. Answer the confirmation question

At this point, you’ll be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the account. You may also be offered a free bonus, like a free month or something similar. Either way, if you want to cancel CBS All Access for good, click on the “continue with cancellation” button.

6. Confirm your understanding of cancellation terms

Next, you will be redirected to a page that asks you to confirm your cancellation, and to click a box that certifies that you have read and understand the CBS All Access cancellation terms. Click this box, then select “Yes, cancel my subscription”.

7. Tell them why you’re going

Next, select a reason that you want to stop CBS All Access. This provides them with valuable data that they can use for future improvements to the service.

8. Confirm cancellation

After leaving feedback, click on the button to confirm your cancellation. Now, you’re done!

What if I Stop CBS All Access Early?

What happens if you get rid of CBS All Access in the middle of your payment term? For example, if you pay for a month on January 4th, you’re then pre-paid until February 4th. So, even if you cancel on January 10th, you’ll still be able to access your account and use CBS All Access until your renewal date, February 4th. CBS does not provides partial refunds for cancellations, however.
