  1. You should update this article because Amazon no longer offers current episodes, at least not for The First 48. They stopped at last season (15) after the first episode. So now the only options for watching current episodes of The First 48 are either paying for a cable subscription or having Sling TV. I’d gladly pay, if A&E would offer a reasonable option. For me, any cable subscription is not a reasonable option because of the cost.

    We tried Sling but the video quality just wasn’t very good. We’re currently using Playstation Vue, which streams much better for us.
